Shapes Of The Divine, a passion project.

 I have always had an affinity for creative and crafty endeavors, but felt blocked by math experiences in school. The simple and angled geometry compass is an amazing tool, like a portal to a new world of design. I start with basic supplies: a pencil, a "cheap" compass, and a ruler. Every art piece begins with a 360 degree circle. I utilize just my hands, no computers and no AI, to create perfectly-imperfect shapes of intersecting lines and curves. The act of physically drawing these cosmic designs unites my left and right brain, the orderly with the creative. 

The experience harnesses my intellect, intuition, and innate human understanding of shapes. 

The process invokes a sense of harmonic balance. Creation brings a state of meditation and flow. 

As I explore this art style, I feel blessed by profound moments of musing on the divine structure that is all around us, and within us.
